Resting in an oak barrel after meadGin is made by macerating juniper berries, flowers, and herbs with wheat spirit, which is then distilled in a first-class Holstein distillation column. TOISON MEAD BARREL was left to mature for four months in the oak barrel where the mead had matured previously, making it a truly exceptional gin.
Composition:
The taste is matured, buttery – oaky with a delicate scent of propolis. Limited edition TOISON MEAD BARREL is significant for its unique taste which will be appreciated especially by lovers of whiskey or cognac.
